DRDO Recruitment 2025 : India’s leading research organization, the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), has released a new recruitment notification for the year 2025–26. This recruitment drive is being conducted under the Defence Institute of Bio-Energy Research (DIBER), one of the key centers under the Ministry of Defence. The majority of the opportunities are available in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Computer System Maintenance, and Programming Assistant trades. Each candidate is allowed to apply for only one trade. If any applicant applies for more than one trade, their application will be automatically rejected. Therefore, candidates are advised to carefully select the trade that best matches their qualification and interest.
Educational Qualification and Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for DRDO DIBER Recruitment must possess an ITI, Diploma, or Graduate degree from a recognized institution. The certificate or degree should be approved by NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training), SCVT (State Council for Vocational Training), AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), or UGC (University Grants Commission).
Importantly, the candidate must have acquired this qualification in the academic year 2024–25. Candidates who completed their qualification in previous years are not eligible for this recruitment. This rule ensures that the latest pass-out candidates get preference.
